Decat: Bread And Butter Cars in Singapore

This was supposed to have done awhile back but I guess I sat on this too long.

But yes finally this episode that took me awhile to write out is finally published, things may have deviated slightly from the original concept we had but I think the story remained on point.

Gathering a variety of cars across different era’s you would think it was easy for us. But funny enough we had a harder time securing the humble bread and butter cars initially as compared to finding the usual ‘car enthusiast’ cars.

Seeing it online for nearly a month now? The reaction was pretty positive and the amount of comments we had, some were funny some were just yes okay sure. I guess since Decat started we haven’t had much time to look back and review our past works but its great to see the crowd reaction has been good. So thank you if you made it this far to read this post.

We’ll continue writing more interesting stories about the local car scene in Singapore.

Decat: Does Car Sharing really work in Singapore?

Decat is a new pet project I started out with Jeffrey a few months back and this video is perhaps something we thought about for awhile. With Car Sharing being more common amongst our friends we hear quite a few interesting stories from them, so why not we try it out for ourselves and see where it goes.

Before I wrote this script out, I was unlucky with all the car sharing cars we’ve tried. But after making this video I would say there are still good cars out there to use if you are lucky enough. Looking back now with the amount of comments we got from this project, it was a healthy sign to say the least that we know we’re on the right track for what we envision Decat to be, Automotive Unfiltered.
